Original paintings are shipped with signature confirmation to help ensure they are delivered safely into the hands of the collector. Because each piece is one of a kind and cannot be replaced, a signature helps reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages and provides peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

Each original painting is one of a kind and cannot be replaced or recreated. To preserve the integrity of each work, all original artwork sales are final. If you'd like additional photos or have any questions before purchasing, I'm always happy to help.

How should I display and care for my artwork?

To help preserve your artwork for years to come, display it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Original oil paintings are best displayed in an open frame rather than behind glass, allowing the painted surface to remain exposed as intended. Fine art prints may be framed behind UV-protective glass or acrylic for added protection. Dust original paintings gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth, and avoid using water or cleaning products directly on the artwork. With proper care, your artwork can be enjoyed for generations.

What is your return policy for merchandise?

If for any reason your merchandise came to you faulty, or damaged please contact studio@kristaawad.com to start the exchange or refund process.

Each original painting is prepared for its collector. Before shipping, I'll reach out to discuss framing and hanging preferences to ensure your artwork arrives in the presentation that best suits your space.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Every piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me studio@kristaawad.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the artwork and its packaging so we can work together to resolve the issue.
